Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at good diet and sound digestion as keys to the health of the entire body. Licensed Acupuncturist Nancy Corsaro explains Chinese dietary guidelines such as eating according to the season, how symptoms such as sluggish digestion, gas bloating, heartburn, constipation and diarrhea are viewed from this ancient perspective, and what changes you can make to optimize your health.

Nancy will also do mini acupuncture "de-stress" treatment demo's on 3-5 volunteers (time permitting)


Nancy Corsaro is a TX Licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, and nationally board-certified in Oriental Medicine. Her private practice East-West Acupuncture, is located in Carrollton.
