The triangle Alternative Health Meetup carries two missions: We provide education on topics of natural health and alternative healing modalities, so that all of us have the knowledge to make wise decisions in creating our health. We believe that each modality has it perfect time and place. We believe that when practitioners of all modalities unite and provide well-rounded education, we will encourage more people to utilize alternative healing modalities. This meetup may also serve as a community bulletin board. if you know of an event that is in alignment with our mission and purpose, or would like to host social events of a specific interest, please let us know, we can post the event, or you can volunteer to be an assistant organizer. Please feel free to share your thoughts on what type of program you like to see. Thank you!

Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that helps reduce emotional and physical stress, and promotes relaxation and body healing.
Reiki technique is based on our knowledge that every living thing has bio-magnetic field that (as the latest research shows) helps cells to communicate with each other. Luck of communication and miscommunication can lead to disease.
