Japan Fest

I know the Japan Fest is not a health focused event but I think it has alot of opportunities to experience some healthy foods and activities. The event will be this weekend near Miller Outdoor theatre/ Hermann park and will have Japanese foods, martial arts demonstrations and cultural events like tea ceremonies and such. Given that the highest current life expectancy is in Japan I think there has to be at least a few things that might peak everyone's interest.! :) TJ
