- Hello! I am a co-owner of a wellness center in Wyomissing, PA. I'm glad to be part of this group! I am a certified Life Coach. Expertise: women's issues (increasing confidence and self-esteem, building businesses), time mgmt/org,stress reduction.

I provide certified life coaching services (specialize in stress reduction, women's issues such as increasing confidence, organization, time mgmt.). I'm glad to be part of this group!
- What turned you on to alternative health?

I have a degree in Psych. & was considering becoming a therapist. I met so many people who said that they wanted more out of life, but were not depressed. I knew there had to be something available that could help.Then I found it....Life Coaching!
- What are your personal alternative health interests?

Massage therapy, rolfing, herbal and homeopathic remedies, holistic practices.
