This class covers different topics relating to the benefits of humor and laughter in one's life AND a 20 minute laughter session, consisting of hilarious laughter exercises. This is mildly aerobic, so dress comfortably!

    Wonderful experience. I came with a thought that I will not open my mouth to lough so loudly. But I was wrong.. Laugh was flowing spontneously not with much effort. Thanks to christina and all other friends for making it so lively.
