You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
EFT =Emotional Freedom Technique. This group is for EVERYONE who suffers from an emotional or physical trauma. EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture but without the needles. Instead we stimulate the release points on the body's meridian system by tapping. In this case we tap on the head and around the face points and the neck. It is a non-invasive method of moving the body's blocked or stagnate "chi", "qi" or energy.
Chinese Medicine began mapping the human body's meridian system some 1500 years before the birth of Christ. Chinese Medicine works on the theory of preventing disease by keeping the "chi" moving. Western Medicine has, in the past, focused on getting us well after we get sick. Western Medicine is only just now recognizing the connection between emotional trauma and physical ailment.
EFT works on most physical and emotional trauma. We have great success with chronic pain, insomnia, anger, anxiety, migraines, fears and phobias, etc. There seems to be no limit! Only what you place upon yourself... and EFT can usually get around that too.
WHAT YOU GET FROM ME:
1. A brief description of EFT (10 minutes or less)
2. How to use it; i.e., where to tap (10 minutes or less)
3. We get right to work on the issues.
5. Your specified donation of $20 will pay for this Meetup Website, the rental of a meeting space and whatever it costs me to print up tapping points for your use at home. I may need to ask you for few dollars more at a later time....
6. I am willing to meet the third Wednesday each month if there's interest. I'm also willing to change meeting time and date.
EXPECTATIONS:
1. This is NOT a romantic meet up.
2. I'm willing to show you a method of relief... however I am NOT A DOCTOR and you should keep on taking your prescribed medications and continue to visit your doctor. You should also tell your doctor that you are working with EFT.
