But what are the things we should look out for in our drinking water? Are home filters providing us with healthy water free of contaminants? And is bottled water doing us more harm than good? And what about the 22 billion empty plastic water bottles, which required 17 million barrels of oil to produce, that got dumped in the trash last year in the US?
