Welcome to Arizona's #1 Alternative Health Meetup! This group is about improving health and preventing disease. We offer frequent free lectures on a variety of topics, from osteoporosis to cancer prevention. We also occasionally host Meetups which include laboratory testing or demonstrations such as our monthly Health Challenge or cooking or detox demonstrations.
