"I was a member of this group and decided not to be. I thought maybe it was out of my league. People seem so nice in this group that I decided to join again. I am just starting to be a semi-vegetarian. The only "raw foods" I have eaten are salad."

"Hi again, I grew up in Brownsville, twenty min. away from South Padre Island. There was always a great breeze. Thats why it made me homesick to be at your place. That was the most noticable change for me when I moved here for school. I also missed the quality of the sunshine at 9am. I didn't realize how much 'til i went back home and I found myself crying as I drove down Palm Blvd. =) EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As far as Japanese food goes I love sea weed salad and vegan rolls, of course. "

"Hey Phyllis, That sound s good to me. I too have a nori roller. Ok, here it is; 2 cps pumpkin seeds 1cp sunflower seeds 16 sun dried tomatos 4 loss hand fulls of dried cranberries 4 cloves garlic 2 Tbs EVOO italian seasoning sea salt to taste keeping seeds seperate, soak 6-8 hrs blend individually and set out in cheese cloths 6-8 hrs to ferment soak tomatos at least 2 hours blend all together except 1 hand full of cranberries Sprinkle on top to serve. Enjoy! Shalom"
