What will the workshop be like?
During the beginning of the workshop you will be learning how your subconscious and conscious minds work together. (And how sometimes when they don't work together we experience stress, worries, fears, guilt and a host of negative feelings.)
After you have learned the EFT process, we'll be spending time "tapping" on personal issues. We'll also be tapping together and sharing the benefits of helping each other.
By the conclusion of this interactive workshop you'll feel confident using EFT to clear up old issues as well as issues occurring in your daily life.
