I don't want to be what I'm not, in order to get what I need. This simple statement says it all as we look to heal and attain optimum physical, mental and spiritual health, loving and supportive relationships, and prosperity on all levels. It also takes a sincere and passionate commitment to learn and implement what is necessary to reach our goals. Healing can be fun, filled with laughter and joy and serious, filled tears and pain. The WonderBreath group will mimic our life experiences in that each month we will offer ways for you to grow, heal, and prosper by blending laughter and tears and by drawing upon the wisdom and experience of group members and guest speakers to help take us to our deepest self where healing happens. WonderBreath couldn't be a better metaphor for healing. Even if you don't like Wonder Bread, the concept is fantastic - whole wheat nutrition with the taste of white!
