Dr. Nancy Vandenput, Naturopathic and Natural Health Consultant, will be the presentor this evening. She had cancer and used many different kinds of alternative therapies to heal herself. She found body cleansing to be an important part of attaining and maintaining her physical health.

The information presented at this meeting is based on the Untold Truth series pamphlet written by Steven Horne, an internationally known herbalist, natural health teacher, author and consultant, entitled You Won't Believe What's Inside You! The Untold Truth About Whole Body Cleansing. You'll get precise and accurate information about the body's eliminative organs and how they work in tandem to eliminate toxins.

I found this to be one of the most informative and easy to understand books written about body cleansing. Plus, simple steps are given to help you incorporate cleansing into your daily lifestyle. The importance of cleansing toxic emotions also will be covered.

    I believe in cleansing internally and externally. I use a balance of natural products and colonics. My colon hydrotherapist is Valerie Ingalls 480-276-5009. $75 colonic if you mention Amy referred you from Meetup.

    I attribute my good health to a combination of many things including good genes and body cleansing. I do liver/gall bladder cleanses and flushes several times a year and notice immediate improvement in my sense of well-being, energy level, and lack of desire for unhealthy foods. I even crave healthy foods!
