- I am a father of five, and I am happily married. I am a drug and alcohol counselor with juvenile probation. I also run a health and wellness home based business.

I use to work out alot, before I had surgery on a pinched nerve. I had surgery on the musle that leads to the tricep. I want to know what I can do to strengthen and rebuild this muscle.
