- Hello - I have embarked on a whole body health and fitness journey and am hungry for information to assist myself towards my goal and to share what I learn along the way.
- How has alternative/natural health approach helped you?

I started on Biodentical Hormones last May - tremendous help. and have begun a serious health plan under the direction of my dr, beginning with a liver detox and now onto proper nutrition via food and supplements.
- What areas of alternative/natural health are you interested in learning about?

All of it. As I've come to understand, it doesn't work to focus on one area alone. In order for the band to play a happy tune, all the players have to be in place and fine tuned.
