Hello, my name is Dr. Amy Lilie, and I am a naturopathic physician looking for those of you in the West Valley who want to learn more about alternatives to conventional medicine and healthcare. Years ago, before I knew what I wanted to do when I grew up, I was certain that the mind and the body were inherently connected and was passionate about finding validation. Now I know years later there is a much deeper connection yet. We are what we eat, think, feel, and do. I am now commited to surrounding myself with other curious and passionate believers in health as it relates to our happiness and well-being!

The West Valley Alternative Health June Meeting
Every meeting's format will be the same. There will be a short group discussion to start us off- a different topic every meeting to stir your mental juices. This will segway into a lecture on the Health Topic of the month which may be a general topic or one that is more specific to a condition with more detail, followed by a closing question and answer period and Positive Affirmation to the group.
