Any new information to help you make healther choices and/or give you clear reasons to change your eating behavior is good information. Just one example, ...as simple as drinking water is.... I never though to drink water slowly over the span of each day... what I had been doing was playing catch-up and tried drinking as much as I could within a 1 to 2-hour period. My cells never got a chance to absorb all the fluid thereby reducing its useful health benefits.
