The Cary Alternative Health Meetup

Meet other people interested in alternative health to talk about how the mind influences our health and exploring the underpinnings of illness along ways to stay healthy and positive during times of crisis and change. The leader, Deborah Richter, is a Health Intuitive and Personal Fitness Trainer. Deborah is the Founder of Ultima Energy Health and will be sharing different topics related to how our cells interpret the messages of our minds and what individuals can do without drug therapies to feel their best and heal. Also look for our Circuit Training Saturdays designed to "Pump you up" and bring a additional balance to your life with resistance training and Cardio.
