Are you looking for information about Gall bladder Disease?
Do you know if you even have it?
Digestion and illness are connected.

We are all about Gall Bladder Awareness!
The "Bile Bunch" explores Holistic Healing, and Alternative Care integrated with Traditional Eastern and Western Medicine.

Are you newly diagnosed with gall bladder disease?
Then we are very happy to meet you!
Have you had your gall bladder removed?
If so... Are you struggling with your digestion? Have you noticed some people do not have any post surgery issues while others do? Wonder why?
Its called bio-individuality. This is the place to find out about that too!

This is a comfortable place to ask questions and find answers for your unique situation.

Who should not be here?
People who are not interested in better gall bladder health.

This group is founded by Holistic Health Counselor Susan Staples. She had her gall bladder removed in 2003. Her journey of restoring her own health has inspired her to help others become more aware of gall bladder disease.

Hi. I just had my gall bladder removed on April 18th. No major issues so far except for the occasional diarrhea. Triggers for me are are chocolate, roughage, and greasy foods.

The other suggestion is to have very little fat. I would suggest a fat elimination diet. Start with no fat and then add a fat only one at a time. Make certain it is able to be recognized be the body. No animal fats. Only plant based and raw such as olive of sesame. It will be a trial and error. The next suggestion is to stimulate bile by increasing the Hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This can be done with vinegars, and lemon before eating. Let me know how it works for her! Best, Susan

Norma, The main suggestion is to stay away from processed foods. As you are aware, they have so many hidden ingredients, you do no know what is in them.
