Food Fetish - Wholesome and Organic- Yogurt Segment

I am a mother of Triplet girls who were born premie, with alot of internal obstacles. Such as Bladder infection (cystitis) kidney infection due to Urinary reflux, Gerd, etc. Because their systems werent well developed yet I put them on a regimen of yogurt. Why you ask? Well, we have several different kinds of bacteria in our bodies also known as flora. When that balance is disrupted a slew of infections from yeast to colds to ear infections etc. happen. For reflux of the urinary tract, the doctors wanted my girls to go on Prophylactic antibiotcs ( which not only kill the bad flora bacteria in your body but the good as well which suppresses your bodies natural resistance to disease) until the reflux cured itself in TWO YEARS. So I increased the good bacteria in their bodies and they never had an infection (except for that one time) or ear infections ever . As the chinese, german etc. know fermented foods are the staple to good health and preventive illnesses...........So all you health conscience individuals out there, I have a plythora of info i would love to share, especially my old old old long time struggle with candida.
