The Happiness Club March Meetup

“ This was a great Meetup for many reasons but the best was that all of us got wins from the exercise... The Happiness Challenges we explored in the exercise brought out our Inner Critics and we got to translate those messages immediately into out Inner Colleagues... As we practice this exercise and improve at catching the Inner Critics and immediately translating those messages into our Inner Colleagues our world brightens and we are more effective and positive influences in life, in short: we are happy people... Thanks to Warren, Jay, Rebecca, Claire and Daniel for making this our biggest meeting yet. Looking forward to a new LA Happiness Club record on April 28th... :D ”
