    To nourish my mind and soul I do many things. To nourish my mind I like to look for spiritual info on the web and the books store. Go see new sites and to grow spiritually are very nourishing for me. To play an instrument is very rewarding for my mind and soul. Above all I really enjoy channeling spiritual info for people. To feel that connection is surreal. Hows that? ”
