The Chapel Hill Chiropractic Centre teaches a Spinal Care Class each Tuesday, starting at 6PM. The class will last for 1 hour.

The workshop is designed to educate individuals how to reduce or eliminate Muscle and Joint Pain by addressing stressors to the nervous system including posture, nutrition/diet, and lifestyle habits.

By doing this, we are capable of helping people to:
