What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

I try to eat right and take vitamins. I also exercise frequently.

What practices do you use to keep your mind clear of unwanted thoughts?

Um, yeah....I don't have any. This is why I am here I guess.

Would you like to feel even better than you feel now?

Absolutely!

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

I work in the healthcare industry and I really think that everything is connected in some way.
