No practices specifically, but rather movement: bicycling, walking, occasional running; vegan/vegetarian food choices.
Isn't that the challenge for all of us? Gently brush the unwanted thought away.
I actually feel OK now - nothing chronic, but learning more about mind/body connection may help later.
Knowing the benefits of it from brief past experiences.
