Tai Chi Easy with Integral Qigong
For Health and Relaxation

Small class sizes and special attention assure that you will learn this set of harmonizing movements within eight sessions. Drop-ins welcome.

Utilizing a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi makes it easy, beneficial and fun --- right away. These techniques are easy to learn, easy to apply and need no special knowledge or training, require no special equipment or clothing and can be practiced by all people --- sick or well.

Be soothed by the ancient healing movement art of Qigong, the mother of oriental medicine and martial art forms. Tai Chi Easy brings the power of self-healing to you in a simple to learn method of gentle movement, deep breathing, self-massage and meditation. From the moment we begin, you will experience an un-interrupted flow of invigorating Qi.

What members are saying

Because Tai Chi is really freeing, and helps you focus. I think the more I do it, the better I'll get. In fact, I'm sure of it.

"It's great fun to practice together and small groups means more personal attention and the opportunity for a deeper experience."
