Small class sizes and special attention assure that you will learn this set of harmonizing movements within eight sessions. Come for one class, or all.

Utilizing a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi makes it easy, beneficial and fun --- right away. These techniques are easy to learn, easy to apply and need no special knowledge or training, require no special equipment or clothing and can be practiced by all people --- sick or well.

Be soothed by the ancient healing movement art of Qigong, the mother of oriental medicine and martial art forms. Tai Chi Easy brings the power of self-healing to you in a simple to learn method of gentle movement, deep breathing, self-massage and meditation. From the moment we begin, you will experience an un-interrupted flow of invigorating Qi.

Linnea Odin has been a visionary success consultant since the year 2000. Her passion is to empower others through group and individual health and wellness coaching, community building event production and teaching Tai Chi Easy. Her specialties include professional organizing, financial counseling, small business operations, and harp therapy. Linnea graduated from Purdue University in 1998, BS Financial Planning and Counseling. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi 200-hour teacher training and a certified Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coach. Linnea has studied extensively with Roger Jahnke, O.M.D., author of The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi. Founder of WINDRIFT Creativity Refuge and former director of GrandSpace Brooklyn Community Center, Linnea's non-profit work with The Healer Within Foundation promotes the miracle of self-healing.
